All of those things! Oh, and a small wood-trimmed window overlooking some bit of nature and weather (preferably stormy or snowy or blustery fall-like weather). Unfortunately, my work space right now consists of a couch corner, but a girl can dream!
I'm with you on all of these but the desk...I want one of those big old wooden desks with a giant flat top for spreading out papers and lots of drawers I can cram things in...
That is the question. I'm getting ready to redo mine and I'm actually thinking of ditching the chair for one of those workout balls. We'll see how long that lasts:)
